How to add a 'Normal' text design:

  1. Click the "Normal" button.
  2. This will add a text design with the default text of "double click to edit".
  3. Double click anywhere on the added text to trigger the edit mode.
  4. Once in edit mode, you will be able to delete and add the text that you want.
  5. Once done, click anywhere outside the text to go out of the edit mode.
  6. To resize the text, select by clicking on it and then drag it from the desired corner.
  7. To change the other properties of the text, select by clicking on it and then change the options (font, alignment, etc) by selecting the appropriate values.
  8. To move the text, select by clicking on it and then drag it anywhere in the design area.

How to add a 'Curved' text design:

  1. Click the "Curved" button.
  2. This will add a curved text design with the default text of "your tattoo here" (NOTE: This type of text design does not have an edit mode).
  3. To edit the text, use the text input box below the 'Normal', 'Curved' & 'Remove' buttons.
  4. Once done, click anywhere outside the text to go out of the edit mode.
  5. To resize the text, select by clicking on it and then drag it from the desired corner.
  6. To change the other properties of the text, select by clicking on it and then change the options (font, alignment, etc) by selecting the appropriate values.
  7. To move the text, select by clicking on it and then drag it anywhere in the design area.

How to add an Image to the design:

  1. Click the "Image" tab to go to the image section.
  2. Click the "Add" button to open the image selection popup.
  3. When you find an image you like, double-click on it and it will be added to the design area.
  4. To resize the image, select by clicking on it and then drag it from the desired corner.
  5. To move the image, select by clicking on it and then drag it anywhere in the design area.

How to remove a text/image design:

  1. Select by clicking on a design (text or image) and then hit the "Remove" button.

How to Cancel Subscription


  1. Login using your username and password.
  2. Go to Account Settings page.
  3. Click the 'Cancel my subscription' button.

How to Update Payment Information


  1. Login using your username and password.
  2. Go to Payments Information page.
  3. Click the 'Add New Payment' button.
  4. Enter your new card information and hit 'Submit' button.
  5. Note that your newly added card will be use as the primary/default payment card and you can delete the old one in the Payments Information page - if you wish to.

Why do I get multiple failed payment email?


In case the charge in your card is declined, our payment processor, Stripe, will automatically retry to charge the client's card 3 times before cancelling the subscription.
